Bolster is a small group of people who care about what they do. We combine craft, elbow grease, and attention to detail to help growing companies show up at their best.
Henry is a designer and creative director with 18 years of experience designing and building brands for companies at every stage. His work centers on the conviction that design done right can be both the expression and the engine of a company's future. Prior to co-founding Bolster, Henry worked independently across brand and web, partnering with founders, agencies, and in-house teams. He leads creative direction across every Bolster engagement and publishes The Big Picture weekly.
Quetta is studio director and co-owner of Bolster, and the lynchpin of the team. She brings years of experience across creative operations, project management, HR, and strategy, paired with a love of design and creativity that makes her as invested in the work as anyone. She thrives being across all the moving parts — from growing the business and building the team to staying close to clients and making sure the studio runs as well as the work it produces.
